A shadowed past shrouds him. He is not known in the area for many reasons but he is an empath and reacts with the actions to those things which are around him. His powers stem from a his trainings from an ancient sage of a dying race. For 25 years he called the sage's home his home as he was tutored in the ancient arts. He is normally cloaked in a gray robe which shrouds whatever his true form may be. Few in the ages have beheld him clothed otherwise. He carries no weapon, since all his weapons stem from his mind and the attachment to the astral plane. Although he may summon up an astral stave or ethereal sword to aid him in defence. This is the extent of what is known of him and his roots.
